Reaching his maturity as a native Houstonian, Brian C. Wright received his High School Diploma from Alief Taylor High School in May 2004. He furthered his education at Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Management in December 2009. During his tenure at Grambling, Brian was an avid leader in Grambling’s World Famed Tiger Marching Band. He served in numerous positions which earned him various awards. His most notable and prestigious award that he holds dear to his heart is the Charles Turner award. This award distinguishes one active band member each year for outstanding community service at their annual Band Banquet. 

Post-graduation, Brian embarked on his career path at PULSE/Discover Financial Services as a Database Specialist where he worked for three years. He is currently employed as a Programmer Analyst for the Houston Housing Authority where he has worked for the past two years. Brian believes in achievement in every field of human endeavor and continues to strive for the highest. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Information Security.

Brian is a God-fearing man. He is a life-long member of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church where Rev. Delwin E. Benton is Senior Pastor. Brian is an active steward of the church serving in various positions at the Pastor’s direction. 

Lastly, Brian is a member of the Missouri City-Sugar Land (TX) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi. He serves on an array of committees, and is the Chairperson for Community Service within the Chapter.
