Kimberly Shoaf-Joseph is the Global Human Resources Business Partner for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Energy, Resources and Marine (ERM) division.  Kimberly has more than 18 years of experience in human resources in the energy, transportation, beverage and travel management industries.  Her responsibilities include supporting ERM leaders globally.  She oversees strategic planning, organizational effectiveness initiatives and intellectual capital worldwide.

She is currently a member of HR Houston and the Society for Human Resource Management.  Additionally, she is one of the founding members of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  and sits on the One Delta Plaza Educational Center board.  Kimberly also currently sits on the board for Life Houston.  Her past community service includes serving on the board for the YMCA W. Orem, National Black MBA Association, Brentwood Community Foundation Scholarship Committee Advisory Board, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, AIDS Foundations Houston, and Career Recovery Resources Advisory Council.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in San Marcos and a Master of Science degree from the University of Houston.

Kimberly is married to Darnell Joseph and resides in Houston.
